I actively participated in the American Marketing Association and held two on-campus jobs, including working for the Milwaukee Athletic Department, where I gained valuable experience in sports operations and management. In the summer of 2022, I broadened my horizons by studying abroad in France, where I gained firsthand insights into European business practices. Additionally, I completed four internships with the Milwaukee Bucks, Johnson Controls, Milwaukee County Parks, and the Lakeshore Chinooks. Each role allowed me to develop my skills in marketing, communication, and teamwork, contributing significantly to my professional growth. After graduation, I returned to Milwaukee County Parks full-time, where I further refined my expertise. Eventually, I took a leap to pursue my passion for sports by moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to work for the Georgia Swarm Professional Lacrosse team.

My Story

Here’s a refined version of your content with improved structure, flow, and professional tone:

I am originally from a small town in northeastern Wisconsin and discovered my passion for marketing during my junior year of high school. In my senior year, I took the initiative to get a head start on my career by enrolling in two advanced marketing courses through Lakeshore Technical College before beginning my studies at UW-Milwaukee in the fall of 2019. These courses provided valuable insights into marketing principles and the social media/PR aspects of the field. During this time, I applied my skills to create a girls' basketball Facebook page, which quickly gained a significant following. Running this page solidified my decision to pursue a degree in marketing/media.

When I started at UW-Milwaukee, I immediately fell in love with the campus and embraced every opportunity to get involved. I worked as a basketball referee and supervisor, supported Division I sporting events, joined student organizations, and volunteered in the community. At the end of my sophomore year, I was honored to be selected for the Business Scholars Program, a prestigious initiative that offered rigorous coursework and unique learning opportunities.

In the summer of 2022, I stepped out of my comfort zone by studying abroad in France, where I was one of 25 students selected for the program. Traveling internationally on my own was a giant leap for me, and the cultural and educational experiences were unforgettable. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to broaden my perspective and grow both personally and professionally.

People describe me as a driven and goal-oriented individual who thrives on creating and organizing innovative ideas while collaborating with teammates to bring them to life. Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, fitness, creating engaging content, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I am eager to further develop my skills and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced business industry. Whether in sports, digital media, broadcasting, or advertising, I am excited to contribute my creativity, determination, and collaborative spirit to a dynamic team.
